Jack is a transported Texan who has been serving God’s purpose on college campuses in the Wyoming region for over 30 years.

He is married to Kristi Hall, and they have 3 adult children, one of whom is married and has a son named Capsian. In 1995 Jack planted a Campus Ventures at Black Hills State University. After serving 13 years in this role, Jack was appointed by the board to lead the overall Campus Ventures ministry as FCD Director, where he serves the campus directors and staff by encouraging them to walk with Jesus and share the gospel while discipling students on the college campus.
